We are currently seeking exceptional candidates for a full-time Quality Assurance Manager in the Denver metro area. What does a QA Manager do? The QA Manager will perform after-hour inspections at various facilities throughout the Denver metro area to ensure employees are representative of ASI and customers’ expectations. They will assist in guiding employee performance to include appearance, patrol techniques, report writing, and other essential security duties. The ideal candidate will strive to bring out the best in ASI by communicating expectations to our employees and providing coaching and corrective action when needed. They need to be creative, always coming up with new ways to satisfy needs and motivate and support our team members. The QA Manager will also serve as a liaison between company management, customers, and our employees.

This compensation ranges from $28.00-$30.00/hour ($58K to $62K a year) depending on experience.
